Taking Pictures

She came asking for you that evening. We were by the pool having some drinks and talking about the following weekend. She stood for a while, smiled and then joined us. Mona said how beautiful she looked on her new dress. Then all of a dudden she took a picture of her. You know Mona is like this all the time.
The evening went by quietly. We had some drinks and waited for you.
You did not show up until late. I was half asleep, still by the pool. You sat down next to my sunbed and said something about Mona being too pushy with pictures. I listened to every word and decided not to mention she had come asking for you.
